Tradeshift Pay: New invoicing requirements from Thomson Reuters

Dear European Supplier:

On January 18, you received a notification inviting you to register and activate your account with our new supplier invoice platform, Tradeshift Engage. Thomson Reuters has now enhanced Tradeshift Engage with Tradeshift Pay functionality to improve your invoicing experience. You should now submit your invoices directly using the Tradeshift platform.

We are moving to a digital platform to allow you to submit invoices easily online, have instant visibility to your invoices and transactions and manage your queries. This will help ensure timely and efficient payment to our suppliers for the goods and services you provide us and also support environmental sustainability through the adoption of E-solutions.

Going forward, all Thomson Reuters suppliers should submit their invoices using Tradeshift Pay. Invoices submitted outside the Tradeshift platform will be returned with instructions on how to submit within Tradeshift.

What to do next

If you have already registered with Tradeshift, please start using it to submit your invoices immediately.

If you haven’t registered yet, Tradeshift will contact you within the next 72 hours with an email invitation to register with your unique registration link. Please wait to receive the Tradeshift email to trigger the registration process. You will need to use your unique link in the email to register. Once you receive the activation email, please activate as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition to E-Invoicing.
